📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee kitchen operations, including staff supervision and training.,Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Develop and implement new recipes and cooking techniques.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the development of the menu and food cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or Assistant Head Chef.,Proven track record in kitchen management and team leadership.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with local and international culinary techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools.
