In this role, you will work closely with our clients to provide financial consulting services, including audit, tax, and financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform financial audits and reviews using Big 4 methodologies and tools such as SAP and Oracle.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
• Assist in the planning and execution of audit engagements, including risk assessments and control testing.
• Provide financial consulting services to clients, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality financial reports and recommendations.
• Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and industry trends.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the professional development of the team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CA.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on audit.
• Experience working with Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).
• Proficient in using SAP, Oracle, and other advanced financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
