📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.
• Manage the cash register and maintain accurate financial records.
• Work closely with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with opening and closing the cash register, including bank deposits.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, such as QuickBooks or similar software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
