📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the debt collection process from initiation to completion
• Interact with clients to negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes
• Ensure timely recovery of overdue payments
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities using our in-house CRM system
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in debt collection
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with our in-house CRM system is a plus
• Ability to travel to client locations as required
