📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process, including product demonstration, customer follow-up, and order processing.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Support marketing efforts by promoting products and services.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferably in a retail or service environment).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.,Ability to stand, walk, and reach regularly.
