📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.,Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.,Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.,Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.,Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends, and implement best practices in the team.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in frontend development.,Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.,Strong understanding of modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.,Experience with CSS preprocessors, build tools, and testing frameworks.,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
