In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales consultants, and ensuring that our products and services meet the needs of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure that our offerings are well-positioned in the market.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong understanding of the technology and services offered by Root Smart Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
