📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and train a team of store operators to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments to ensure timely restocking and product availability.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Operator or similar role in the retail industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail software.,High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications or diplomas are a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
