📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to support business decisions and growth.,Oversee tax compliance and preparation of tax filings, ensuring adherence to local and international tax laws.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and tax compliance.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and tax regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
