CV Prima Garuda is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that the company's HR policies and practices are in line with the latest regulations and best practices. If you are a highly motivated and experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of Indonesian employment laws, we would like to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Administer employee benefits and compensation,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Coordinate with management to ensure HR objectives are met,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational or large company,Strong understanding of Indonesian employment laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Fluent in English and Indonesian,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
