📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Provide pharmaceutical care and support to patients, including medication counseling and education,Ensure the safe and effective use of medications by patients and healthcare professionals,Monitor and review patients' medication therapy, including medication adherence and potential drug interactions,Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications, including controlled substances,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication histories,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications in the hospital setting,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in pharmaceutical care and patient safety🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic health records,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Commitment to patient safety and quality healthcare services🛠️ Keahlian
