Sentosa Development Corporation & Subsidiaries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Officer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will also be involved in contract management, negotiating and overseeing contracts with vendors and service providers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Manage and oversee all contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring they are negotiated and executed in line with our policies and procedures.,Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient property management.,Monitor and manage budgets for property maintenance and operations, ensuring they are allocated and spent in line with our financial policies.,Conduct regular property inspections to assess the condition of our properties and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our property management processes.,Liaise with legal and other relevant teams to ensure all contracts and agreements are legally compliant and properly executed.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of our properties and the progress of our property management activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on facilities and contract management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian property laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficient in the use of property management software and other relevant tools and technologies.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in a timely and effective manner.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
