Oriental Coffee International is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Ombak KLCC in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring high standards of quality and customer service.,Manage and train a team of baristas and staff to maintain efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or coffee industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is a must; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is highly desirable.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20kg is required.
