📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business processes.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.,Monitor branch finances and prepare regular reports.,Organize and attend meetings with stakeholders and clients.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.,Knowledge of financial management and reporting.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and business practices in Bali.
