📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.,Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and development programs.,Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.,Assist in training and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
