📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training programs.,Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with the HR team to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall HR strategy.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
