In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including taxes and deductions.,Manage and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal income taxes.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
