Village Bright Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely. We are looking for a professional who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a smile, providing a warm and welcoming experience.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries to the appropriate department.,Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with hotel policies.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including reception desk, guest book, and waiting area.,Assist with guest requests and concerns, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Monitor front desk activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Customer service orientation and a commitment to providing excellent guest experiences.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
