📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates,Conduct job analyses to identify the skills and qualifications required for each position,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' fit for the role,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data,Provide feedback to candidates and assist in the onboarding process for successful hires,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers
