We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team at ZENIX Sentosa in Singkawang. This is an immediate opening, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and a passion for learning and growing within the finance field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Process and reconcile bank transactions and accounts payable/receivable.,Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.,Provide assistance in the preparation of tax returns and filings.,Maintain and update financial records and databases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Good understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
