ION Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Process payroll including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits.,Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing tax returns.,Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.,Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.,Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations is a plus.
