📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational or international organization.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and initiatives.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR technologies.
