📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.,Manage client accounts, including contract negotiations, renewal, and upselling.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing client relationships.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.,Fluency in English is a plus.
