📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.,Develop and implement training programs for staff.,Manage schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for promotions or improvements.,Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Experience in employee training and development.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
