As a Bancassurance Financial Services Consultant, you will work closely with bank partners to understand their customers' needs and provide tailored Sharia-compliant financial products and services. You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction, all while leveraging your expertise in Islamic finance and financial services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to understand their customers' needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Conduct financial needs analysis to identify suitable Sharia-compliant financial products for customers.
• Drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in Islamic finance and financial services.
• Leverage CRM systems like Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management to demonstrate sales performance and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with Sharia and regulatory requirements in all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Islamic Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Sharia principles and Islamic finance.
• Certification in Islamic finance (e.g., Certified Islamic Financial Analyst - CIFA) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or similar tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
