As a Retail Optician / Optometrist at Recruit Express, you'll be at the forefront of eye care, providing expert advice and services to our clients. You'll use advanced eye care equipment such as autorefractors, phoropters, and slit lamps. Daily, you'll engage with patients, perform eye exams, prescribe corrective lenses, and offer personalized eyewear recommendations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive eye exams using advanced equipment like autorefractors and phoropters.
• Prescribe and fit corrective lenses, including glasses and contact lenses.
• Provide personalized eyewear recommendations based on patient needs and style preferences.
• Administer eye drop treatments and manage patient records.
• Offer optical services such as lens coatings, tinting, and frame adjustments.
• Educate patients on eye health and vision correction options.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A valid Optometrist or Optician license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail optometry or a related field.
• Familiarity with eye care equipment and software such as OptiPro, Vision Pro, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local eye care regulations and best practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel between our various locations in Bali.
