📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of blockchain developers and engineers to deliver high-quality blockchain solutions.
• Develop and implement blockchain strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of blockchain projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of blockchain solutions into our products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and industry trends.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in blockchain technology.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our blockchain expertise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in blockchain technology and development.
• Proven track record of leading successful blockchain projects.
• Strong understanding of blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and others.
• Experience with smart contract development and deployment.
• Familiarity with blockchain development tools such as Truffle, Ganache, and Remix.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
