📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages to customers, ensuring a consistent and satisfying experience.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using our in-house inventory management system.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure optimal inventory turnover.
• Assist in the daily operations of the café, including cash handling and customer service.
• Collaborate with the Finance & Accounting team to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance coffee-making skills and inventory management knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment, fostering strong customer relationships.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the café or restaurant industry.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management software, such as QuickBooks or similar systems.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg with occasional standing or walking for extended periods.
• Professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
