📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of building facilities and infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all building systems to ensure they are functioning optimally and efficiently.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all building systems are integrated and functioning seamlessly.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for capital projects and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to facility staff and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building facilities and infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Certification in Facility Management (FM) or related field is a plus.
