• Visit borrowers' locations to collect loan repayments and assess their repayment capabilities.
• Use Home Credit's collection software to track and manage repayments effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers through excellent communication skills.
• Provide support and guidance to borrowers to help them manage their finances responsibly.
• Collaborate with the collection team to ensure timely and efficient collections.
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with borrowers.
• Familiarity with collection software and tools used by Home Credit.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of local financial regulations and practices in East Java.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Madiun and surrounding areas.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in financial services or collections preferred.
