📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll for employees in multiple locations in Bali, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare and distribute pay slips, ensuring timely delivery to employees.
• Maintain and update employee records in SAP SuccessFactors and Paycor.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual payroll reports.
• Participate in payroll audits and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
• Provide support to the Payroll Manager in any additional tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a retail environment.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and Paycor is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
