📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and financial processes.
• Prepare and present audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and conclusions.
• Work with the Audit Manager to develop and implement audit plans and procedures.
• Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities for improvement in our financial and operational areas.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in internal auditing.
• Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using internal audit software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Sage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.
