📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collection of overdue amounts
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Follow up on overdue payments and work with the Credit Control Manager to resolve any disputes
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
- Provide support to the Credit Control Manager in the development and implementation of credit policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in property finance
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Credit Control department
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the property sector
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Indonesian work permit and visa
